These special packets are designed to hold photos (up to 8' X 10"), letters , checks or cash or anything you can slip in the pockets which are on each side. Tied with hand braided cotton weavers thread to keep contents secure. The front panels are an exceptional delicate watercolor-like print by Kumiko Sudo. It is part of a "four seasons" panel by In the Beginning fabrics. Each panel embodies the feeling of a different season but all share the clear colors and beautiful designs with an oriental style of depicting nature. The outer borders were chosen to enhance the colors of the print. I used fossil fern fabrics by benartex for subtle tones. The envelope is a cream colored organic heavy weight cotton twill which is very soft but still has substance. 9" X 11"
