navy fleece-celtic borders pocket board This uses prewashed navy fleece for the center and it has a shallow pocket with a tie. There is extra thickness with the batting and fleece combo so pins will easily hold papers. There is a pocket with a tie that hags down for visual interest. There are 5 rows of decorative stitching across the center of the bulletin board/ pocket hanging creating visual contrast. The borders are fabric by Jinny Beyer and are a florentine design in navy and purple. The right and left side are asymmetrical using a similar cut of design. The bottom strip has a celtic repeat between the geometric pattern. Backing is natural muslin by Moda. For hanging, at the top there are matching fabric loops for a birch dowel covered in yarn by Lions Brand , homespun line. This is a very soft fleece with no nap 17" x 19"
